Refund policy
All merchandise is made to order. We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be defective or damaged. Product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, within 4 weeks of purchase.
Please get in touch with us at Bluelightrose01@gmail.com before returning any defective products. Please submit a picture of your defective product, including your original order information. However, after investigating your claim, if we find a defect, we will offer a replacement for the same product in the same size only. We do not accept returns if the Customer needs a smaller size.
Please refer to all sizing charts before you order the product. Unisex sizing, women may want to size down one size for a slimmer fit.
When purchasing a product from Bluelightrose.com, please confirm your Shipping & Billing address before you submit your order at checkout.
An address considered insufficient by the courier will be returned to our facility. The Customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we have confirmed the address with Blue Light Rose and updated it. All unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and customers will be liable for reshipment costs.
Refunds (if applicable), Damaged or Defective Only!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Exchanges (if applicable)

When orders are processed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your items' availability and the shipping option you selected.
How long does it take for my order to be ready for shipping?
5-7 business days. After the product is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take additional time to clear customs, and the shipment may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
Customers will be responsible for their shipping costs when returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Do all items in orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have a different delivery time and will be packaged separately. Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating your shipping costs on your end, make sure to add up the shipping costs for all the products you're sending.
