When orders are processed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your items' availability and the shipping option you selected.
How long does it take for my order to be ready for shipping?
5-7 business days. After the product is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take additional time to clear customs, and the shipment may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Do all items in orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have a different delivery time are packaged separately. Shipping prices are cumulative. When you're calculating your shipping costs on your end, make sure to add up the shipping costs for all the products you're sending.
